Well, tomorrow is the day that I have been dreading for months, years I guess actually...I am having a complete hysterectomy at 10:30 Tuesday morning.
I have put up a good fight and tried almost everything to have a baby the old fashioned way, but certain body parts just would not cooperate..so I am getting rid of them!!! :-)
I don't really even know what I am feeling right now, part failure, part excited at the thought of never having another period, and a lot sad of never again wondering "am I pregnant??"
I can remember for years having terrible pain, awful periods with every problem under the sun, so at least THAT part will now be gone, and I never again have to wake up to a surprise visitor when I am not expecting one!!!
We are anxiously awaiting word on our adoption, and that maybe what gets me through the next few weeks..
To all who have listened and been supportive, especially the last few weeks, Thank you so much!!
Your thoughts and prayers have been heartfelt and I love and appreciate you all!
I hope to be back in a few days to catch up and see what has been happening with everyone..
Til then~
Lolly

Hey lesley =]
I hope everything goes well tomorrow, we're all thinking about you out here in Cali. Hopefully the blanket will do you some good with the recovery =] Annnddd....when you come out here, and hopefully have a little new cousin for us, we can make he/she (OR BOTH HAHA) a blanket for them. I love youu!!
Thinking about you now. Bittersweet is sometimes the hardest emotion. Keep me posted on your recovery and I'll keep you and Ed in my prayers for the blessing that I know will be coming your way. Hugs and God Bless!
I hope you are feeling well! My prayers have been with you and Ed.
Glad you showed those female parts whose boss-You! If they don't work ditch um! :) Life with out a period...sweet! It's like I read in a friend's bathroom..."things happen for a reason," hang in there and it will all fall into place (although it may be hard to see it now). Always in our prayers, feel better soon.
Love you beautiful!
